Notre thématique de recherche est centrée sur la physiopathologie de la Dystrophie Myotonique (DM1) et le développement de biothérapies pour cette maladie multisystémique.
Elle s’articule autour de 2 axes complémentaires :
- . Compréhension des mécanismes physiopathologies associés à l’expression d’ARN-CUGexp et impliqués dans :
- . les altérations de l’unité motrice et de la fonction musculaire
- . des atteintes non-musculaires (cardio-vasculaire…)
- . Développement d’approches thérapeutiques innovantes pour la DM1, et évaluation à l’aide de modèles cellulaires et murins
