MyoMolBio platform
Headed by Gilles Moulay, PhD, research engineer at the Institute’s Center of Research, the MyoMolBio platform monitors technological developments in order to make innovative molecular biology tools available.
In 2025, MyoMolBio met the needs of the teams at the Center of Research in Myology (design and training) and continued its activities, in particular:
- expanding the repertoire of viral vectors used to visualise cellular compartments
- obtaining the first myoblast lines edited using CRISPR-Cas9 (in collaboration with MyoLine)
