Platforms and Technology Units
Data and AI
The MyoData platform provides the Institute’s researchers and clinicians with structural support and expertise in data processing, integration and analysis, as well as in artificial intelligence (AI), from study design through to data interpretation
MyoData platform
The MyoData platform, headed by Maxime Jacoupy, PhD, brings together a multidisciplinary team whose common foundation is data expertise.
MyoData provides the researchers and clinicians of the Institute of Myology with structural support and expertise in data processing, integration and analysis, from study design through to data interpretation.
Five key areas define the scope of MyoData’s work: clinical data management, data-driven project management, technical data management, bioinformatics and biostatistics.
In the longer term, the platform aims to provide solutions incorporating AI and to offer clinical data management services.

MyoData Hub
MyoData Hub is a health data warehouse dedicated to muscle data, developed in compliance with the expectations of the French data protection authority (CNIL). As well as improving data security and accessibility, the Hub facilitates research, diagnosis and patient care.
This platform centralises all the health data collected by the Institute of Myology and, thanks to its compatibility with other data sources, makes a wide range of analyses possible using advanced tools and the expertise of external collaborators. It also ensures that security and data quality practices comply with data protection and privacy regulations. MyoData Hub therefore makes the management of muscle data more secure, better organised and more efficient, supporting improved patient care and the advancement of research.
