MyoMolBio monitors technological developments in order to provide innovative molecular biology tools.
By 2024, MyoMolBio had met the needs of 6 of the Research Centre’s teams (designs and training) and continued its activities, in particular :
• expanding the repertoire of viral vectors for visualising cellular compartments,
• Obtaining the first lines of myoblasts edited by CRISPR-Cas9 (in collaboration with MyoLine).
