Head: Maxime Jacoupy
The MyoData platform brings together a multi-disciplinary team with Data expertise at its core. It provides the Institute’s researchers and clinicians with structural support and expertise in data processing, integration and analysis, from study design to data interpretation.
MyoData is active in five key areas: clinical data management, data-driven project management, technical data management, bioinformatics and biostatistics.
Looking further ahead, the platform aims to provide solutions integrating Artificial Intelligence and to offer clinical data management services.
In 2023, MyoData supported 10 teams, clusters and platforms at the Institute of Myology for nearly 40 projects.

The MyoData Hub project
MyoData Hub is a health data warehouse (HDS) project dedicated to muscle data, which will be built in compliance with CNIL expectations. As well as improving data security and accessibility, the Hub will facilitate research, diagnosis and patient care. This platform will centralise all the health data collected by the Institute of Myology, and thanks to its compatibility with other data sources, will be able to carry out a variety of analyses using advanced tools and the expertise of external collaborators. It will also ensure compliance with data security and quality practices, in compliance with data protection and confidentiality regulations. MyoData Hub will make the management of muscle data more secure, organised and efficient, helping to improve patient care and advance research.
