The 18th ‘Journées de la Société Française de Myologie’ will be held from November 24 to 26, 2021 in Saint-Etienne, France. This meeting is a privileged moment for exchanges between clinicians and fundamental researchers around the latest discoveries in the field of myology.
During this edition, an important place will be given to plenary sessions bringing together scientific, diagnostic and treatment approaches on common themes. To these will be added the sessions of the Myology Study Group (GEM), sessions dedicated to fundamental myology, poster sessions and mixed teaching sessions sponsored by FILNEMUS.
This year, muscle is specifically examined for its relationship to the peripheral nervous system and other systems and their failures.
The program will alternate plenary sessions and parallel sessions as well as oral communication sessions and visiting rooms for posters. About thirty clinicians and researchers from the Institute of Myology will be present and will take part in various sessions.
