The 22nd edition of our Summer School of Myology just ended. It took place at the Institute of Myology from June 17th to 22nd.
Every year, the Institute offers the possibility to get trained in Myology thanks to a condensed 6-day course organized in Paris. The course is open to foreign applicants whichever country they come from.
All time record 2019 issue! Sixty six students attended the courses, representing 26 nationalities: 6 Russian, 2 Ukrainian, 1 Bulgarian, 1 Czech, 1 Estonian, 1 Serbian, 3 Romanian, 3 French, 5 Swiss, 5 Spanish, 1 German, 1 Dutch, 1 Belgian, 2 Moroccan, 2 Iranian, 2 Lebanese, 1 Indian (based in United Arab Emirates), 1 Qatari, 1 Taiwanese, 2 Chinese (PRC), 1 South Korean, 5 Brazilian, 4 Colombian, 3 Argentinean, 1 Peruvian and 1 Canadian . It should be noted that four countries participated for the first time: Qatar, Estonia, the Czech Republic, and the United Arab Emirates.
This year, the organizers have dedicated the school to the memory of Véronique ORTEGA, who recently disappeared, the linchpin of the first editions of the Summer School with Doris Laslandes.
