The XVIth Summer School of Myology

During 10 days each year, The Institute of Myology organises the Summer School of Myology to allow research doctors from abroad and the French overseas territories to follow a condense program of Myology courses. The XVIth sixteenth Summer School welcomed 58 students, the largest number so far. No less than 29 different nationalities were represented this year including the Maghreb countries (Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria), South America (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica and Peru), North America (USA and Canada), the Eastern countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Russia and Ukraine), Europe (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, England and one person from the Reunion Island), without forgetting India, Iran, Lebanon, Kuwait and China. A top of the class selection! This year the Summer School was once again twinned with the University of the Charité Berlin. The courses were held from June 10-14 in Berlin, just before the Summer School in Paris. Twelve scholarships were awarded this year.
