The Institute of Myology is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Director of the Research Center in Myology /Research & Medical Director. Ideally, the candidate would be the same for the two positions.
In close collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of the Research Center in Myology /Research & Medical Director plan(s) and direct(s) a program of research grants, contracts, and collaborations. He (they) has(have) an international stature with worldwide connections and a widely recognized expertise in the management of research and clinical trials in the neuromuscular diseases field.
Together with our brother Institutes (Genethon, I-Stem and Atlantic Gene Therapies, part of the AFM-Telethon laboratories), the Director of the Research Center in Myology /Medical Director will coordinate the scientific and strategic aspects of an ongoing project of creation of a larger Foundation fully dedicated to Muscle.
