This consists of information, training and teaching activities intended for all audiences concerned with myology.
The objective is to encourage the dissemination of knowledge about the muscle and its diseases and thus to contribute to the recognition of the specificity of myology in the medical and scientific field. Every year , the Institute of Myology offers the possibility to get trained in Myology thanks to a condensed 10-day course organized in Paris. The course is open to foreign students whichever country they come from with special attention, though, to those posted in the French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM) and those working in developing countries.
University degree-qualifying courses are also given each year.

Also, the Institute of Myology regularly organises symposiums and medico-scientific conferences on its premises.
