Phenotypic, genetic and pathophysiological characterisation of core myopathies

Our team was created in July 2003 thanks to the support of the “Avenir” programme. It has a dual objective: on one hand, the characterisation of the phenotype and genetic bases of different forms of congenital myopathy with core-type lesions, and on the other, the study of the physiopathological mechanisms involved in these diseases.
