Course organisation

It consists of 11-12 teaching sessions held on Fridays (9 am - 6 pm) which include :
  • A genetics module - Dr D.Héron – Dr A.Dürr
  • Supportive care and therapeutic relationships - Pr Ph.Mazet-Dr D.Cohen
  • Seminars on administrative aspects and support for caregivers and professional care providers - M.Frischmann-M.Gargiulo
 
Applicants for the diploma are required to present real-life cases encountered in their practice.
The objective is to have a common reflection and discussion with an approach of therapeutic relationships and their implications, under the direction of two psychologists and of a group specialist.

Assessment

The Diploma is validated on the basis of :
  • regular attendance to and participation in lectures and seminars
  • presentation of a thesis before a jury at the end of the university year. It should demonstrate the impact of this Diploma on the student’s professional practice
 
The Diploma will be delivered by a jury appointed by the President of the Université de Paris VI and composed of four members of the Scientific Committee, at the suggestion of the Director of Studies
